Product Related Questions - What is the difference between using Vouchers and Pay As You Go?
|
Pay as you go is available to existing freedom2surf customers and ideal if you want to go online for a few minutes (charged at 10p+vat per minute to your f2s account). Although if you intend to go online for longer a voucher would be best.
Vouchers are ideal for regular Wifi users - we offer daily, weekly and monthly options.
Payment and Contract Terms - How can I pay for the service?
|
We require a credit or debit card for payment for the vouchers.
If you are an existing f2s member using the "pay as you go" option this will be billed to your f2s account. If you pay by direct debit the "pay as you go" charge will be taken with your next Direct Debit. If your payments are made by card this will be taken from your default card.
- Are there any additional or hidden costs?
|
No, once your voucher has expired, there will be an option to purchase a new voucher, if required.
