Step 2: The following screen will appear.

Step 3: Your Name: Enter your name as you would like it to appear in the 'from' field of your emails.
Email Address: Type in your email address. This will be either: yourname@f2s.com or yourname@yourdomain.f2s.com.
Incoming mail server: Your email address with everything up to and including the @ replaced with "inmail." ie: youremail@f2s.com would become inmail.f2s.com. ie: youremail@yourdomain.com would become inmail.yourdomain.com.
Mail Server Type: Choose POP.
User Account ID: Type in your email address replacing all symbols with dashes. E.g yourname-f2s-com.
Password: Type in your freedom2surf email password.
Outgoing mail server: Your email address with everything up to and including the @ replaced with "outmail". ie: youremail@f2s.com would become outmail.f2s.com ie: youremail@yourdomain.com would become outmail.yourdomain.com.

Step 4: Click OK. Your mail will now be downloaded.
